ROADWORKS are starting on the York to Stamford Bridge road next week.
Surface dressing will start on the A166 on Monday, June 12, and should take two days. The work will take place between BATA in Gate Helmsley and the county boundary further along the road towards Stamford Bridge, between 9am and 3pm. A convoy system will be in operation but delays are expected and drivers are advised to allow extra time.
