I READ that an analysis by the Resolution Foundation for the Intergenerational Commission chose to make a scapegoat of pensioners’ spending power.

Abysmal.

There are many of us who have survived the horrors of a world war and experiences living on the bread line, and worked most of our lives, making contributions to our pensions.

Some, including my kith and kin, have passed away without enjoying the fruits of their labour and self-sacrifice.

One must also take into consideration that we have supported our offspring when the going gets tough.

As for this faceless quango, shame on you.
