CLIFTON with Rawcliffe booked their place in the Primary Cup final with a 3-1 win over fancied Ralph Butterfield.
The final will be a repeat of the Cade Trophy final earlier this season when they came from behind to beat Bishopthorpe 3-1.
Bishopthorpe were made to work hard for their semi-final win at Wigginton.
After a goalless first half, Wigginton were awarded a penalty for handball and Callum Hurst coolly slotted the ball past goalkeeper Rory Watson, who had a fine game.
Bishopthorpe levelled when Jacob Green capitalised on a defensive mix-up then Jamie Storey fired in the winner from outside the box after a run which saw him beat three players.
Ben Pulleyn had Wigginton's best chance after that but slid the ball wide.
