I COULD not agree more with K Kirby, of Burnholme, for pointing out the sheer exploitation of 13 to 17-year-olds by Toffs Nightclub in York (Will parents pay for teens' evening out? Letters, April 28).
Charging them £8 entry for the hours that the club would normally be shut anyway is not really a good way of encouraging them to return on reaching the legal age.
What would they charge for soft drinks?
If the entry fee is anything to go by, it will be astronomical, making for one expensive early evening which they can little afford.
