Passerby tackles car fire with extinguishers
A PASSERBY used several fire extinguishers to tackle a burning car in Stamford Bridge before firefighters arrived.
Humberside Fire & Rescue Service said the electrical fire broke out in the car's footwell at just after 7pm yesterday.
When firefighters arrived, they used a hose reel and small tools to make the vehicle safe.
