Loving mummy of Zac and Laycie, loving daughter of the late Michelle and Adrian, much loved granddaughter of Jenny, Chrisie and Mick, great-niece of Lynn and Keith, niece of Jason and Sonia and cousin of Sarah, Michael, Caroline and Charlie. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Wednesday, September 2nd at 1.40p.m. Flowers welcome, but donations in lieu if desired to The MND Association.
