IS IT only me or does anyone else think it is a waste of money having a commission on congestion in York?
With regards to the ring-road congestion, particularly around the A59 junction, since the new layout of the road was completed, traffic is nearly always at a standstill because two lanes into one does not go, that is the problem.
After a 12-hour night shift in Leeds, it takes me longer to get along the ring road than it does to get from Leeds.
