AFTER reading the report of January 22 about pupils being isolated at Joseph Rowntree School because they are not wearing the right uniform, does it really matter if the style is different but the colour is right?
In the end it is the teaching that makes a difference, not what clothes pupils wear. There is no health issues.
If a child feels comfortable in what they are wearing, they will do better than if they are made to feel like an outcast.
