A MAN wanted by police for breaching the terms of his prison release licence is back in police custody.
Patrick James Lee, of Robinson Court, York, handed himself in on Wednesday following a police appeal.
The 31-year-old was jailed for six years in 2011 for grievous bodily harm and assault and was released from custody last February.
