BRAIN Tumour Research and Support across Yorkshire (BTRS) have announced they are one of nine official charities in the 2014 Run for All York 10k.
BTRS have a limited number of charity places available for the August 3 event.
Participants will receive fundraising support, a sponsorship pack, technical running vest as well as a warm welcome at the post-race reception complete with water and other treats to say thank you for your support to the charity.
There is a registration fee of £20 and a minimum fundraising target of £100.
The money raised from this event will help provide support to peoplepatients and families across Yorkshire and the Humber region affected by a brain tumour as well as helping to fund the Translational Neuro-Oncology Group at Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine who are dedicated to finding a cure.
