Speed campaigner talks
A LEADING campaigner for 20mph speed limits will be giving a talk at the Phoenix Inn, near Fishergate Postern bar, at 7.30pm on Monday, July 28.
York councillor Anna Semlyen, of the 20’s Plenty for Us campaign says she will dispel speed-limit “myths” as well as giving advice on how to be an effective activist.
