ADELE CARNEL at Filmore and Union suggests a tasty recipe perfect for all the family.
CHILDREN have to increasingly cope with a lot at school and it can be a stressful time for them. We are noticing a large increase in IBS symptoms in young children.
Alongside headlines telling us that children are eating too much junk , it’s hard to work out how to keep our kids healthy and if your child is diagnosed with a gluten intolerance this can make a parent’s job increasingly difficult .
Filmore and Union specialise in dishes that are gluten and wheat free in fact their evening menus are 100 per cent gluten free.
