Aaron Colin Baker arrives at York Crown Court
A 40-year-old man has appeared before York Crown Court in connection with a stabbing incident near the former Odeon cinema in Blossom Street on December 29.
Aaron Colin Baker, of no fixed address, is charged with wounding his partner, Dawn Baker, with intent to do her grievous bodily harm.
His case was listed for trial on June 6 and he was remanded in custody.
He made no bail application either at York Magistrates Court, where he appeared on New Year's Day, or at the crown court.
His next court appearance is expected to be in late March.
