WITH reference to the CD review (The Press, December 28), quoting Westlife as a bunch of good-looking Irish lads with half-decent voices, Ian Sime obviously doesn't follow the charts.

Westlife have fantastic voices, and nearly always perform live, not like half the groups of today.

It's not just the luck of the Irish that's got them where they are today. They are such a talented group who can sing such a wide selection of songs. You don't get 14 number one hits in the charts with half-decent voices.
