THE jury in the Full Sutton murder trial has been sent home after a whole day in retirement.
They are deciding whether Graham Richardson, 27, of Riverside View, Norton, killed antiques dealer Peter Battle in his cottage in Full Sutton near Pocklington last December.
They are also debating their verdicts on York cousins Peter Egan, 47, formerly of Walmgate, and Darren Archer, 43, formerly of Nunnery Lane, who deny robbing gold dealer Michael Cleaver in York last December.
Richardson has admitted the robbery and stealing items from Mr Battle's cottage, but denies murder and an unrelated charge of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply them.
