ABUSE OFFENDER 3: Matthew Gareth Horrocks
Police have today released pictures of the ten men jailed over the abuse of a 13-year-old girl, in the sexual exploitation case reported yesterday.
This is Matthew Gareth Horrocks, 30, of Viking Road, Acomb. Involved the girl in “degrading” activities, jailed for two years and four months for two offences of involving a child in sexual activity.
