ABUSE OFFENDER 5: Philip Andrew Scaife
Police have today released pictures of the ten men jailed over the abuse of a 13-year-old girl, in the sexual exploitation case reported yesterday.
This is Philip Andrew Scaife, 30, of Sheriff Hutton. He didn’t meet the girl but got her to film indecent acts for him. Jailed for two years and eight months for eight sex offences.
