Hello Readers!
This week we have some sad faces..... Both Tararara boom deay and Sue's babies are both heading to Uni. Tara's big girl is heading to Huddersfield and Sue's big boy is heading to Newcastle. We wish them all the luck in the world and that they safely get through their respective freshers weeks!
Those two are not the only things flying the nest at the moment - so is our flippin stock! September seems to be the month to get a sale agreed and our stock is dwindling faster than a rocket full of monkeys! So my question to you today is "how do you pick your Estate Agent ?" What influences your decision? Answers on a postcard please to Queens house, Micklegate! The most original gets a bottle of fizzy stuff.
So next question - why do Estate Agents get such bad press?? I know you tend to get the typical image of an Estate Agent, being a bit of a wide boy, driving a 10 year old BMW, slicked hair and a suit that is 3 sizes too big! Or the other extreme, the suit from savile row, the rolex and won't get out bed for less than 2.5%!
We really are not like that and I hope you are beginning to see what we are all about. Just a bunch of really nice people working together as a great team who will try and do their damndest to get your house let or sold.. Is that what you are looking for ??
Over and out.
Matt
