A FORMER loans officer of the collapsed North Yorkshire Credit Union has denied four charges of fraud.
Tricia Louise Helena Matthews, 58, of Severus Street, Acomb, is alleged to have made cheques out to herself and set up accounts in other people’s names and issued cheques illegally.
The four charges total just over £3,000.Her trial was set for October 29 at York Crown Court and she was released on bail. The North Yorkshire Credit Union folded in November 2012.
