AN event bringing together the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector to discuss how groups can support each other will be held in North Yorkshire tomorrow.
Forward Together, which will be held at Pavilions of Harrogate, is expected to attract more than 200 charities and community groups, with organisers saying it is intended to show them how they can collaborate in “challenging times” and present new research and ideas for the future.
The event is part of the North Yorkshire Transforming Local Infrastructure project, called Creative Change, which saw a partnership of more than 20 organisations from the region successfully bid for almost £400,000 of funding to develop initiatives last year.
