Carol Atkinson fired two tons, while Ebor’s Yvonne Ryder scored 140 and 100 in the four hand.

Second-placed Crescent ‘B’ lost 4-3 to New York after Den Fahey took the last game.

Lord Collingwood came from 1-0 down to beat Clarence 6-1 thanks to good scores by Donner Dwyer, Yvonne Wrist and Irene Bowes.

Flag & Whistle had another good win, this time over Indoor Bowls. Toni Smallwood was Flag’s stand-out performer again with a 21-dart leg checked out on 108, with treble 18, single 18 and double 18.

Derwent, who are top of division two, scraped a 4-3 win over Mitre. Nikki Judson scored 100 and 140 for Derwent.
