Brain May is making another album with Kerry Ellis.

The Queen guitarist has already begun working on a brand new record with the West End star, which he hinted would be a smaller, more organic affair than their 'Anthems: The Tour' live offerings in 2011.

Speaking on British chat show 'Loose Women', Brian said: "Me and Kerry are halfway through making another album. We made a studio album which was a very big anthems thing and we toured that with a big orchestra in the Royal Albert Hall and big rock band. This is the small thing."

The pair are also embarking on a new tour, called 'The Born Free Tour: Acoustic and By Candlelight', which promises to be a more intimate and interactive experience than Queen fans are used to, although the 'Bohemian Rhapsody' star will still perform a few of the band's biggest hits.

Brain explained: "It's very different, yes, we called it 'Acoustic By Candlelight', [ABC], we tell stories and we're very adaptable and loose, and we can react to the audience.

"It's a bit like going back to your roots because you can really genuinely interact with your audience. And have a joke and start things again and experiment."

Kerry met Brian in May 2002 and subsequently landed the role of Meat in the original London cast of 'We Will Rock You', the stage musical based on Queen's songs, and their creative partnership has flourished ever since.

The tour kicks off on June 17 in Oxford, England.
