I AGREE with Bryan R Lawson. Staff were in the right to ask Lorraine Robinson to remove her hood.
I always take my moped helmet off when going into a shop, ever since I was asked once, and I am a grandma.
I didn't take offence and it's more difficult to take off a helmet.
I can't see what the problem was to remove a hood and replace it on the way out.
I have a responsible job and I have been police-checked for my work but I don't expect rules to be any different for me than the next person.
