A NEW director has been appointed for arbitration service Acas in Yorkshire and the Humber at a critical time for employment relations.
Nick Dover has responsibility for a team providing advice, training and conciliation to employees and employers.
The Government has announced that from next April, all potential employment tribunal claims will go to Acas, in the hope people can avoid a costly and stressful employment tribunal claim.
