Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband wants to sell her Bel Air home.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt - who was appointed interim conservator of his wife's estate last year - has asked a judge to allow him to sell their $1 million property, where Zsa Zsa has lived for over 40 years because a $1.15 million loan is due on the house.

Frederic has asked for a deferred sale which would allow his 96-year-old wife to live in the home for the next three years.

Zsa Zsa - who is bedridden - has suffered a string of health problems in recent years, including having her right leg amputated in 2011 and, more recently, undergoing surgery to prevent infection around a feeding tube.

Zsa Zsa's daughter Francesca Hilton has previously questioned whether her step-father is properly caring for her mother and her finances.

Her attorney Kenneth Kossoff said he is seeking more details about the actress' medical care but did not explain what he is looking for.

Frederic is set to remain in charge of Zsa Zsa's affairs until at least August when a judge will review the arrangement.

In January, LeAnne Maillian, an attorney appointed on behalf of Zsa Zsa, wrote a report saying Frederic has "generally" taken good care of his wife and compiled with terms of a settlement that required strict financial oversight.

The report also stated it appeared Frederic had used some of his spouse's money to pay his own expenses but he has already repaid the sum. She also said she receives monthly financial reports about the actress' estate.
