A 12-YEAR-OLD boy suffered serious injuries in a collision involving a bus near a North Yorkshire airbase yesterday.
The accident happened at about 4.30pm in Menwith Hill Road, near RAF Menwith Hill base near Harrogate.
The boy was airlifted to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough and the road was closed as police launched an investigation.
