CYCLISTS from Selby and York have been urged to enter the 27th annual Great Selby Bike Ride.
The ride, organised every year by Selby Lions, raises money for local charities, and last year 900 people took part.
There are two rides, of 25 miles and 45 miles, which both start at Barlby High School.
This year’s ride, on May 12, will raise funds for The British Heart Foundation, Martin House Childrens Hospice, St Leonard’s Hospice, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Selby Lions local charity funds. Entry forms from selbydistrictlions.org.uk
