New Earswick IBC host the Yorkshire Challenge Cup on Saturday.

Champions Featherstone will play second division title-holders Hornsea, while second-placed Scarborough will play York.

Both semi-finals will start at 9.45am.

Ryedale IBC will host the Hebden Challenge Cup on Sunday, though it could possibly be for the last time as the future of the club remains unsettled.

Champions Featherstone, North Cave, New Earswick and Selby will play a round-robin format.

On Saturday, York’s North East League team conclude their season when they hope to finish in second place. They only need three points to go above Doncaster.

New Earswick will look to make home advantage count on Thursday in the Yorkshire Over-55s’ League Challenge Cup as second division champions alongside division one winners Featherstone ‘A’, and respective runners-up, North Cave White and York ‘A’, on a round-robin basis.
