THE whistle-blower who has exposed the gagging scandal in the NHS has done the general public a great service.

These bribes, nearly always in the public sector, are a total misuse of taxpayers’ money.

The top officials authorising these bribes are doing so to cover up their own misdeeds, so public money is being used for, in fact, their personal benefit.

All public-sector confidentiality deals, ie gagging orders, must be stopped as they are a misappropriation of public funds.
