Carol Dixon-Yeung and Michael Raynes starred as Acorn Running Club had a good turn-out for the Dalby Dash, a picturesque race in Dalby Forest which saw 463 runners from all over Yorkshire compete in aid of Help For Heroes and Pickering Rotary.
