CHAPMAN Elizabeth Grace (Liz) Formerly Lazenby nee Lincoln Liz aged 60 years, passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband at her side on April 11th, after a hard fought battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and family. Funeral at York Crematorium, Friday, April 27th at 12.20pm. Family flowers only, collection at Crematorium for St Leonard's Hospice and Hospice @ Home.
