PHILLIPS Ian Chapman On September 9th in York Hospital, aged 73 years. Husband of Joyce, loving dad of Jane and Mark, father-in-law of Robin and loved grandad of Daniel, Joseph, Matthew and Poppy. _ The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, September 20th at 11.40am at York Crematorium.
