HAMMOND Jean Marion Beloved wife of the late Jim. Much loved mother of Martin and Sally. A dear grandma and great-grandma, a good friend to many. A funeral service will be held on Friday 3rd February 2023 at Holy Trinity, Heworth at 12noon. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Jean will be for Alzheimer's UK.
