ADAMS Pat (nee Mead) On December 26th, 2016, peacefully in Amelia House Care Home, aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Phil, much loved mum of Geoff, Christine and David and dear mother-in-law to Sue and Yvonne, proud and doting nan of Joanne, Michaela, Gary and Peter, great-nana to Kayleigh and Drew, 'nother nana' to Jack and Emily. Funeral service to be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017, at 2.00p.m., followed by burial at Fulford Cemetery. Immediate family flowers only please. Donations in Pat's memory may be made to the British Heart Foundation, if desired. Rest In Peace.
