The Grand Opera House, York, will hold its open day on Sunday from noon until 4pm.
No booking is required, so just turn up Visitors can wander the foyer, stalls and dress bar, auditorium and backstage, and ask questions of members of staff.
Activities will be run for visitors to try, such as colouring sheets and technical trials, and the bar will be open for refreshments.Look out too for a performance by dancers from the Isobel Dunn School of Dance in York.
The theatre will also hold a small tour on Wednesday at 3pm. Spaces are limited; booking is essential on 0844 847 2322.
