CINDERELLA will be the Grand Opera House pantomime for 2018/2019 in York, where it will run from December 14 to January 6.
This will be Three Bears Productions' third panto at the Cumberland Street theatre after Beauty And The Beast this winter and Aladdin in 2016/2017, and they will announce the cast at a later date.
Here Emily Thane, left, from the Grand Opera House, and Danielle Cooper, from the Principal York hotel, are pictured having a ball in the spirit of Cinderella against the backdrop of the hotel's grand staircase.
Cinderella, the most popular pantomime of all, was last staged at the Grand Opera House under Simon Barry's direction in 2014/2015, with Stuart Wade and Scooch singer Russ Spencer among the cast. Wade and Spencer have since formed Three Bears Productions with co-producer Chris Moreno.
Tickets have gone on sale for Moreno's new production on 0844 871 3024 or at atgtickets.com/york
