I’m A Celebrity … Extra Camp presenter Vicky Pattison made an embarrassing blunder on live television.
While interviewing Jordan Banjo, who was the fourth celebrity to leave the show, Vicky called him the wrong name.
After he revealed he was hoping footballer Wayne Bridge would win the show, Vicky ended their interview saying: “Ashley Banjo everybody.”
She quickly realised her error and said: “Jordan Banjo.”
Jordan took it in his stride and laughed saying: “I’m used to it, don’t worry.”
Viewers did not miss her slip-up:
Oh dear.
Jordan – who is a member of dance troupe Diversity – was greeted by his younger
sister after crossing the rope bridge as he left the jungle camp.
He told presenters Ant and Dec: “Having a camp like we did was such a
blessing.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a camp like it. A home away from home. Every day
I’m with a team.
“The whole experience was so overwhelming. It’s just something I never thought
I’d have the chance to do.”
