A group of awesome women just destroyed the Eggheads on the BBC Two show – but the story gets much better than that.
First off, the women all have alopecia – a condition that causes hair loss. So Sue, Victoria, Marie, Jeanette and Emma were all rocking their bald heads with style and confidence on the show.
Secondly, they won the massive sum of £29,000 – and told Jeremy Vine at the end that they were donating it ALL to Alopecia UK.
Plus they were super lovely throughout the show, especially when they were told they’d won.
Viewers at home fell in love with the team – who were brilliantly called A Clearer Head – and were chuffed they won the money.
Even the show’s producer joined in the conversation, calling it “one of the best episodes ever”.
And judging by the Alopecia UK Twitter account, it seemed as though the gang were watching the show together at the pub and just being generally hilarious with lots of egg-related puns.
Amazing work, well done ladies!
