YORK punk rocker Stevie ZeSuicide has a new guitar named after him. The Stevie ZeSuicide Resonator Special has been custom-made for the former UK Subs drummer by JHS Guitars Ltd of Leeds.
“It’s designed for part of my Noize Revolution shows next year,” says the self-styled “Forrest Gump of Punk”.
Stevie has just finished recording his next single, Bad Girls, at his own Noize Revolution Studio, which he has set up with producer Trevor Bolder, former Spiders From Mars bassist for David Bowie in his Ziggy Stardust days.
“Trevor has added a heavy dance bass to it, so it sounds thunderous now,” says Stevie.
The single is out on Noize Revolution Records, joining his previous release, Wild Trash, which already is available as a download on iTunes, Amazon and Napster.
Meanwhile, Stevie ZeSuicide’s range of merchandise can be viewed at classixshop.com, including his T-shirt designs and ZeSuicide doll.
