BRITISH soul singer Lemar is to play Harrogate International Centre on April 14 on his spring tour.

Last November, Lemar released his fourth studio album, The Reason, building on the success of hit singles 50/50, Dance (With U), If There’s Any Justice and It’s Not That Easy and three Top ten albums. Two MOBO awards and two BRITs have come his way too.
Lemar spent two years crafting The Reason, recording in Los Angeles, Miami and Sweden. Showcasing his production and writing talent, the album signals a new direction in his musical sound, working with producers Jim Johnson (whose credits include Lil Wayne), Jack Splash (Alicia Keys, Cee-Lo) and Salaam Remi (Amy Winehouse, Nas, Fugees).
