FEEDER will top the first night’s bill at the new three-day Coastival arts festival in Scarborough at the Spa Grand Hall on February 13.

The band has a connection with the resort. Drummer Mark Richardson used to play with Scarborough rock group Little Angels.

Coastival organiser Wendy Clews says: “This gig is exciting news for Coastival and will add to the buzz we’re already generating for the event. Feeder add an exciting new dimension to the festival and will without doubt draw a lot of people to town.”

The festival will incorporate comedy, theatre, music, film, dance and spoken-word events. Highlights will include a full programme of jazz and world music and comedian John Shuttleworth.
