IN response to "overwhelming public demand", Barry Manilow is adding three dates to his British tour, kicking off with Leeds First Direct Arena on September 1. Tickets go on sale on Friday at or on 0844 248 1585.

The 74-year-old Brooklyn singer, songwriter, arranger and producer will play three nights at London's O2 Arena from September 7 to 9, preceded by Leeds, Manchester on September 2 and Birmingham on September 4.

Manilow is best known for such hits as Mandy, Copacabana, Can’t Smile Without You, Could It Be Magic, I Write The Songs, Looks Like We Made It and I Made It Through The Rain.
