YORK'S pink-haired punk star Stevie ZeSuicide is in Frankenstein Studios in Hessle to start work on narrating his book Rock'n'Roll Chronicals for E-Books.

The book of stories of his work with such artists as Elton John, Diana Ross, Tina Turner, The Rolling Stones, Freddie Mercury, Queen and many more will be made available through i-Tunes, Amazon and Napster, along with the single Wild Trash.

ZeSuicide will return to Japan for a promotional tour from September 9, when he will perform his one-man show for the NoiZee Rev Agency in association with Little London Records. "It's called the ZeStardust Show and will feature live acoustic performances from my records, accompanied by stories from the book," he says.

Appearances will last until September 18 and will include UK Subs songs from my drumming days, such as Down On The Farm, once recorded by Guns n'Roses, and there'll be record-store album signings too."

Book complete, Japan trip on the horizon, Stevie says: "Everything was held up after the death of my producer and close friend Trevor Bolder, but all is now under way and being well received. Must be the pink hair they like."
