JUST as you thought there couldn’t be room for another comedy club, a new one opens tonight at Burn Hall Hotel, in Huby, with a notable debut bill.
Headliner is show business legend and Edinburgh Fringe award-winning Sol Bernstein, the comic creation of Steve Jameson, who has been described as one part Alf Garnett, two parts Mel Brooks, and three parts like nothing you’ve ever heard.
Bernstein is an unstoppable, irresistible force of comedy nature and that has made him one of the most in demand comedians with his quick-fire barrage of one liners.
Support acts are award winning, surreal comedian Ray Kane and the manic fireball of energy, Matt Seber. Compere for the evening is Gareth Urwin.
Tickets are available from Burn Hall or online from wegottickets.com at £9.50. Doors 8pm, over 16s only.
