Site

The site sits to the east of East Flass Farm and will be available with a shared access over part, enabling the seller to access retained land. The seller reserves a right of access through the site, marked A to B and at point C . Services (water and electric) will need bringing to site, but seller is willing to accommodate by enabling access across their retained land (subject to prior agreement on routes and reinstatement etc). The site has previously been used for grazing livestock, however it would be suitable for a number of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary consents.

Access

Via the B6302 and part is shared with the seller. The buyer will be required to construct and lay a new access track between B and C .

Directions

If travelling by car from the centre of Durham, head Southeast on the A690 for 1 mile before reaching the Stonebridge Inn roundabout and taking the second exit onto the B6302 for 3.1 miles, turning right onto the site, just before East Flass Farm.
