THE BBC (overrated and overpaid) seem to be continually telling us how the licence is value for money.
How can this be when on Saturday and Sunday 4/5 July, not counting the news bulletins, the BBC broadcast 64 programs during the main viewing times from 6-7 am until 11pm.
Of these, 37 were repeats.
Over 50 per cent yet the grandees in their ivory towers are intent on trying to justify this obscene annual fee.
Somebody somewhere needs to step in and rectify the problem as soon as possible. Other people in various publications have been trying to get a boycott on designated days to show the bad feeling the public have on this issue yet the BBC just seem to ignore it.
After all "We are the BBC and we will do as we please".
How much longer?
