THE Government has announced a further £1 billion of investment is to be made available to create jobs in a third round of the Regional Growth Fund.
Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) said it would help small and medium-sized businesses to use the fund by pulling together packages of projects which have a clear relationship, that otherwise would not meet the minimum £1 million threshold.
The LEP, whose area includes York, Harrogate and Selby, said projects would be considered in advanced manufacturing, health, green jobs, and creative and digital industries.
