HERITAGE and tourism professionals from across the UK and overseas will visit York this week for the Association For Heritage Interpretation conference.
Malton-based heritage design company PLB will deliver the keynote address at the conference, which is returning to Yorkshire for the first time in 20 years.
The event, from tomorrow to Friday at Burn Hall, on the outskirts of York, will look at the experience of Yorkshire museum and heritage attractions in “adapting and succeeding in challenging financial times”. The 100 delegates will focus on sustainability and innovative ideas for engaging visitors.
