The freehold interest in Zizzi, the Italian restaurant in Lendal, York, has been sold for £1.172m on behalf of a private client.
The buyer is the Leeds-based property business Ryden and the price tag on the two-storey premises reflects a net initial yield of 5.85 per cent.
The property, near the junction with Museum Street, is let to Ask Restaurants on a 23-year lease at a rent of £72,500 a year.
