THE Skills Network (TSN), one of the UK’s leading online training providers based in Selby, is undergoing a period of rapid expansion after having experienced a double-digit growth over the last year.

As such, TSN has launched a recruitment drive for more than 15 new positions in Sales, Adminstration, Finance, Marketing, Information Services, Product Development, Account Management, and Customer Service.

Now in its tenth year of operation, TSN specialises in providing online, funded, distance-learning qualifications, apprenticeships, and learning technologies, across the UK and internationally.

The fast-paced e-learning business finished the 2018/2019 financial year with a headcount of 206 staff and an impressive annual revenue of £16m – TSN’s most fruitful year to date. The business also has an office in London.

Within the same year, TSN helped more than 35,000 students access a funded distance-learning qualification, aided 5,000 businesses to improve their staff training, and reached sub-contracting partnerships with 44 colleges in the UK.

Now, to aid its expansion, TSN is looking to recruit a further 16 staff to add to its 200-strong dedicated staff base.

TSN’s workforce ranges from education experts and teachers, to some truly remarkable emerging talent in technology and design, which will only grow as TSN progresses as a market leader in online learning.

Over the last couple of years, TSN has continued to re-invest back into the business, building its own home-grown skills in departments such as Product Development, Web Development, Marketing, Video Production and Learner Support.

The company’s e-learning system, ‘EQUAL’, which delivers learning via videos, virtual tutors, case studies, and online assessments, has, to date, benefited more than 900,000 online users.
